I absolutely love pancakes and these are super healthy and very easy to make! They are completely dairyfree and sugarfree (except the fruit sugar in the bananas).
2 ripe bananas, 150 gr of flour (buckwheat is great), 1 tsp backing powder & 170 ml almond milk
Mash the bananas and mix with the other ingredients. Grease your pan with coconut oil and place the dough into your greased pan. Bake at a medium heat til they are golden brown. For extra deliciousness you can serve your pancakes with chopped up bananas and some berries. ENJOY! ❤
