Vegan & Glutenfree: Chocolate Chip Cookies

I personally love chocolate chip cookies, they are one of my favourite sweet treats to have. Unfortunately they are quite unhealthy as almost anything that’s sweet and chocolatey. So that’s why I created a more healthy version of my favourite chocolate chip cookies! They mostly contain of almonds and oats which is so good for your body – plus they are high in energy while also being low in fat. Scroll down for the glutenfree recipe! ❤

– 2 cups of Ground Almonds
– 1 cup of Oats
– 3 tbsp Agave Nectar
– 1 Mashed Ripe Banana
– 1 tsp Cinnamon
– 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (dairyfree chocolate)
– 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Pre-heat oven to about 180° C. First mix the dry ingredients together, then add the mashed banana and finally the rest of the ingredients until you have a smooth cookie dough. Place the cookies on a baking tray and bake for about 10-15 Minutes. Hope you enjoy!
